Reydon Community Quiz Returns – 2022 November Report

The Reydon Community Quiz 2022/23 commenced on 11 November, there was a full house with ten teams battling it out for the coveted Community Quiz Trophy.

Amanda Humphry took the role of quiz leader for the evening and presented an eclectic quiz with a few challenging questions, including a Mr Men picture round! A great evening ensued with plenty of head scratching, laughter and the odd groan!!

Winners were ‘If Onlys’ with 100 ½ points, with What, no Broadside? And Treacle Tarts in joint second place with 98 ½ points, followed by Nirvana with 93 points .

With another large and well supported raffle, the evening raised £390. Quizzers suggested local good causes, and two local charities were chosen to be the recipient this month. The cash raised will be split between the VHC, specifically to support our local food bank, and the Frostenden Parochial Charity.
